Bethany has a number of community events and services. We have many non-profit and self-help groups who meet weekly in our facility, conferences, as well as provide youth workgroups with a place to stay. The church reaches out into the G/L/B/T/Q communities through participating in the Castro St. Fair (held in October), the Pride Parade (held in June), and other reconciling congregational activities. Members and friends travel to places in the US and beyond, such as Nicaragua, as mission teams for construction of housing and other needs

Building Facilities Rental Bethany is home to more than 20 community groups, including Little People's Workshop (a children's day care co-op), Tae Kwan Do, Hawaiian Chorus, English Country Dance, and several 12-step programs. Rental fees are very reasonable and various types of space are available for classes, concerts, or group meetings. Contact the church office to inquire about availability and details.   Back to top
