Bethany’s congregation is a wonderful mosaic of gifted and faithful individuals who gather for worship, study and support. They are committed to the life of this church, but even more to the well-being of God’s world, as demonstrated by their leadership in a variety of social justice and outreach ministries. As you become better acquainted with our congregation, I hope you will feel encouraged to participate in whatever ministry opportunity best matches your interests or passion. Bethany is a Reconciling Congregation of the United Methodist Church, which means that we affirm and welcome men and women without regard to gender orientation or sexual preference. As the Body of Christ, we strive to meet the spiritual needs of all who enter our doors, both through our corporate worship as well as through small groups and individual pastoral care. Our church is about to embark on a long-awaited renovation project, so you will see many great improvements to our facility in the near future.
